The Ethnic Minorities Law Centre is seeking:

Programme Manager - 35 hrs p/w (£35,319)    

The Ethnic Minorities Law Centre has been successful in obtaining 3 years funding from the Big Lottery for its Equalities Capacity Building Programme. This programme aims to improve access to and the quality of advice services for black and minority ethnic communities through capacity building of frontline organisations and increasing awareness of delivering culturally sensitive services by intermediary bodies.

The Programme Manager will lead the Equalities Capacity Building Programme and be responsible for the operational management of the team including planning, development, design and implementation of training programmes and supervision of Programme staff. EMLC provides culturally sensitive and bi-lingual specialist legal advice to enable the ethnic minority communities greater access to justice, and is committed to promoting equality and diversity in society.
